Tomato Saute
Who doesn’t love garlic, tomatoes, and basil? Combine them all in this easy, yummy tomato saute side dish.
One of my favorite fruits (yes, they are fruits) is tomatoes! The tangy flavor mixed with the sweetness is delectable. Then when you add basil with tomato, the taste expounds. I don’t know what it is about the basil, but the two flavors marry together fabulously. Next, throw in some garlic! In our household, we can never have enough garlic. It goes into just about everything we make.
In our garden this year, we grew tomatoes, basil, and garlic. I always love being able to say that all the ingredients of a dish came from the garden. With this dish, I can do that!
