- 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
 - ¼ cup butter
 - ¼ cup olive oil
 - 4 cloves garlic minced
 - ¼ cup white wine
 - ¼ cup chicken broth
 - ¼ cup lemon juice
 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
 
 
First, heat the butter and olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for a minute or two, until it is fragrant and starting to turn golden.
Next, add the shrimp to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes, until they are pink and just starting to curl. Add the white wine, chicken broth, lemon juice, parsley, and red pepper flakes, and stir to combine.
