Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies


These cookies are vegan, totally eggless, and so easy to make! Chewy with crunchy bits of natural peanut butter, this peanut butter cookie recipe is ready in less than 30 minutes. You can also use chocolate chips to make yummy peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.

Simple Ingredients

01 1 cup peanut butter

07 1 cup flour

08 1 teaspoon baking soda

02 1 cup sugar

03 4 TBsp milk

04 2 TBsp flax meal

05 6 TBsp water

06 1 tsp vanilla

In a small bowl, combine the flax meal and the water. Stir until smooth and allow the mixture to sit for five minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 

Combine the peanut butter and sugar in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add the flaxseed mixture and vanilla.

Add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the bowl with the peanut butter. Stir until combined and evenly smooth.

Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. With a measuring spoon that equals 1.5 tablespoons, scoop out balls of the cookie dough.

Mold the cookie dough into balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all of the cookie dough is used.

With a fork, create a criss-cross pattern on top of the cookies prior to baking. Place the cookies in the oven and bake for ten minutes.

Finally, remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool for five to ten minutes.
