Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon cajun spice blend
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • To make the dish, start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. While the oven is heating up, combine the breadcrumbs, Cajun spice blend, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a shallow dish. Mix the ingredients together until they are well combined.
  • Next, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture. Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken breasts until they are completely covered.
  • Once the chicken is coated, place it on a baking sheet and bake it in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are crispy and golden brown.
  • When the chicken is finished baking, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
