Tomato Saute

Basil, tomato, and garlic sauteed together!

Equipment

  • Iron skillet or regular skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 large tomatoes, quartered and sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet.
  • Add garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes, basil, and salt. Saute for 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
