S’more Caramel Popcorn

I don’t know about your family, but my family LOVES movie nights! It has always been a tradition with my family, even while growing up, Friday Nights were Pizza and Movie night. Except… how can you watch a movie without popcorn?

Yes, some nights we can eat popcorn the normal way with salt & butter, but why not jazz it up? I mean, who doesn’t love S’mores? Who doesn’t love caramel popcorn? So why not combine two of our favorite desserts into one perfect treat! You can easily jazz it up with some cereal, marshmallows and chocolate chips….. you know the essentials that are in every household.

S’more Caramel Popcorn

The perfect treat for movie night, delicious combo of s'mores and caramel popcorn!

Ingredients

  • 4 bags popcorn popped and separated from kernels
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ cup karo syrup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2-3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2-3 cups Golden Graham cereal
  • 1 bag milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Place butter, karo syrup, and brown sugar in a large bowl. Cook for 5 minutes in microwave stirring every minute.
  • Add baking soda and vanilla and stir.
  • Drizzle over popcorn on wax paper.
  • Sprinkle marshmallows and Golden Grahams.
  • In a medium bowl, melt the chocolate chips.
  • Drizzle over popcorn and enjoy!
